Unidades militares y policiales de reserva. La creación de las unidades militares y policiales de reserva, así como los aspectos administrativos y logísticos, se realizará de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente para tal fin.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional destinará los recursos necesarios para adelantar la selección, organización, capacitación y entrenamiento, a los ciudadanos que hagan parte de la activación de las reservas de la Fuerza Pública, en caso de ser necesarias.
