APLICACION DE LAS MEDIDAS SANITARIAS DE SEGURIDAD. Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, la autoridad competente, con base en la naturaleza del producto, el tipo de servicio, el hecho que origina la violación de las normas sanitarias o en la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva, de las personas o de los animales, aplicará aquella que corresponda al caso.
