º Régimen general. Las sociedades de compra de cartera (factoring) o de arrendamiento financiero (leasing) deberán ser sociedades por acciones; se constituirán, organizarán y funcionarán de conformidad con los requisitos, condiciones y procedimientos establecidos en la Ley 45 de 1923, y podrán realizar únicamente las actividades de leasing, o factoring, según el caso.
