Asignación de competencias . Las competencias asignadas a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, por los artículos 21 y 23 del Decreto 520 de 2003, se entienden asignadas a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP), así como la función de defensa judicial asociada. (Decreto 1295 de 2013, artículo 1°).
