Las entidades territoriales podrán desarrollar, promover y ofertar la adopción de esquemas de incentivos económicos para impulsar la movilidad eléctrica a nivel territorial tales como descuentos sobre el registro o impuesto vehicular, tarifas diferenciadas de parqueaderos o exenciones tributarias.
