Artículo undécimo. Los extranjeros que entren a Colombia amparados con visa colectiva, o visa ordinaria limitada, en cuanto al tiempo de permanencia en el país, el Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano les expedirá una Cedula de Transeúnte por el termino autorizado, y se ampliarán' la validez de la cedula según la prorroga de la visa que autorice el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
