Articulo 16 . Del plazo para la instalación del Consejo Profesional de Guías de Turismo. El Consejo Profesional de Guías de Turismo creado por el Capitulo VII del presente Decreto, deberá instalarse dentro de un plazo de 3 meses contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto.
