Cuando al llegar la orden de liberación de un preso suceda que este se halle cumpliendo un castigo disciplinario, se demora su liberación hasta que haya cumplido su castigo, siempre que así lo determine el Consejo disciplinario. Sin embargo, en ningún caso la demora de liberación, por tal motivo, podrá ser mayor de diez días.
