Artículo primero. Reformar el artículo 5º de los estatutos del Banco, que en adelante quedará así: Artículo 5º. El capital autorizado del Banco Cafetero es de treinta mil millones de pesos ($ 30.000.000.000.00) moneda corriente y se considera dividido en treinta millones (30.000.000) de acciones de un valor nominal de un mil pesos ($1.000.00) moneda corriente cada una. Este capital se irá aumentando a medida que la Junta Directiva así lo disponga en desarrollo de las atribuciones que le confieren los estatutos.
