ARTICULO 246. Destino de los aportes. Los aportes de que tratan los artículos 242, 243 y 245 con excepción del uno por ciento (1%) previsto para el pago de servicios médico-asistenciales se destinarán para capitalización y obligaciones de la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, de acuerdo con las determinaciones que tome su Junta Directiva.
