El Director General de Aduanas queda autorizado para preparar, de acuerdo con el Departamento de Contraloría, esqueletos y modelos de manifiestos para el despacho de equipaje, que faciliten las respectivas operaciones causando a los viajeros la menor molestia. La mercancía exenta de derechos que venga dentro de los equipajes será despachada sin demora y sin necesidad de manifiestos de aduana. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
