° La presente Resolución rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga las disposiciones que le sean entrarías, surte efectos fiscales a partir del primero de mayo de 1976 y para su validez requiere la aprobación mediante Decreto del Gobierno Nacional. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
