Ubicación. Las embarcaciones fluviales llevarán dos (2) identificaciones iguales, con el nombre de la embarcación y el número de la patente de navegación, una en el costado de estribor y otra en el costado de babor, ambas en la proa. La unidad propulsora de los convoyes llevará la identificación, de acuerdo a las características que determine el Ministerio de Transporte.

Parágrafo

La obligatoriedad de identificación numerada cubre todo tipo de embarcaciones.
