Prorrógase hasta el 28 de febrero de 1995 el término que establece el artículo 9º del Decreto Reglamentario 2622 del 29 de noviembre de 1994, para que el Ministerio de Comunicaciones determine las condiciones para la prestación del Correo Nacional, los planes de cubrimiento y las rutas de correo social, rural y urbano.
