Vigencia del reconocimiento como “Hospital Universitario”. El reconocimiento como Hospital Universitario tendrá una vigencia de siete (7) años, antes de los cuales deberá programarse una nueva visita de verificación por parte de la Sala de Salud de Conaces para efectos de su renovación. No obstante, se perderá dicho reconocimiento, cuando la Comisión Intersectorial del Talento Humano en Salud, previa solicitud de explicaciones, demuestre que la institución prestadora de servicios de salud incumpla alguno de los requisitos definidos en los artículos 99 y 100 de la Ley 1438 de 2011.
