Los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.) en ondas hectométricas y decamétricas, sin consideración del lugar donde operen, deberán pagar en anualidades anticipadas, por concepto de la potencia de operación máxima autorizada, cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales diarios por los primeros doscientos cincuenta (250) vatios y un (1) salario mínimo legal-diario por cada cien (10O) vatios o fracción adicionales.
