Modifícase el artículo 73 del Decreto 2437 de 1983, el cual quedará así: Envase leche ultrapasteurizada envasada asépticamente La leche ultrapasteurizada envasada asépticamente deberá envasarse en recipientes desechables autorizados por el Ministerio de Salud, que garanticen la impermeabilidad a los gases, impenetrabilidad de la luz y que permitan su cierre hermético.

Parágrafo

La leche ultrapasteurizada envasada en alta higiene, deberá envasarse en recipientes desechables autorizados por el Ministerio de Salud, que permitan su cierre hermético y protección a la luz.
