Partir del primero (1°.) De enero de mil novecientos sesenta (1960) la Planta colombiana de soda dará una participación del uno por ciento (1%) Sobre el producto neto de sus ventas al municipio de Cajicá, para Destinarlo exclusivamente a las construcciones de escuelas, al Perfeccionamiento y ensanche de los servicios públicos de acueducto y Alcantarillado.

Parágrafo

Facultase al gobierno municipal de Cajicá para que contrate al Financiación de las obras a través del instituto de fomento municipal.
