Otórgase a la Corporación XIII Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe, con sede en Medellín, un auxilio del Presupuesto de la Nación por la suma, de ochenta millones de pesos ($ 80.000.000), como participación del Gobierno Nacional y como complementación a los aportes que los Gobiernos Departamental de Antioquia y municipal de Medellín destinarán a la realización de los XIII Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe, que tendrán lugar en el año de 1978.
