El Departamento Administrativo De Servicios Generales Procederá A Rematar, Por Conducto Del Martillo Del Banco Popular, Previo Lleno De Los Requisitos Legales Y Fiscales, Tanto La Maquinaria Y Equipo Obsoletos Que Actualmente Se Encuentran En La Imprenta Nacional, Como Los Excedentes De Maquinaria Y Equipos Entregados Al Departamento Y Que No Sean Necesarios A La Imprenta Nacional Para El Cabal Desarrollo De Sus Funciones

° El Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales procederá a rematar, por conducto del Martillo del Banco Popular, previo lleno de los requisitos legales y fiscales, tanto la maquinaria y equipo obsoletos que actualmente se encuentran en la Imprenta Nacional, como los excedentes de maquinaria y equipos entregados al Departamento y que no sean necesarios a la Imprenta Nacional para el cabal desarrollo de sus funciones.

Parágrafo

El producto del remate ingresará a la Tesorería General de la República.
