La inspección y vigilancia de los institutos de educación no formal será ejercida por los Gobernadores y el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, podrá ordenar visitas de inspección y vigilancia y requerir los documentos e informaciones que para el efecto estime necesario.
