ARTICULO 1 º. Apruébase el Acuerdo No. 005 del 3 de marzo de 1994, emanado del Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO No. 005 DE 1994 Por el cual se modifica la planta de personal de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro. El Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, en uso de sus facultades legales, en especial de las que le confiere el inciso 2º del artículo 74 del Decreto 1042 de 1978 en concordancia con el numeral 7º del artículo 7º del Decreto 2158 de 1992, ACUERDA:
