De la ocupación de inmuebles por parte del contratista . La entidad contratante podrá autorizar al contratista para utilizar transitoriamente los bienes inmuebles de su propiedad, cuando el contrato lo requiera y de acuerdo con las estipulaciones que al efecto se convengan. El administrador delegado lo restituirá en el estado en que lo recibe, salvo el deterioro natural. Si hubiere desmejora o deterioro del inmueble imputable al contratista, éste deberá resarcir los perjuicios causados.
