ARTICULO 89 . Separación por sentencia de ejecución condicional. El oficial, suboficial o miembro del nivel ejecutivo que sea condenado por la comisión de un delito, pero la autoridad judicial competente le hubiere concedido el subrogado penal de condena de ejecución condicional, será separado en forma absoluta o temporal, según se trate de los delitos a que se refieren los artículos 87 y 88 del presente decreto, respectivamente.
