supplements ley 1815/16

Adiciónese el siguiente parágrafo al artículo 90 de la Ley 1815 de 2016 .

Parágrafo

En el caso en que las acreencias por concepto de costas judiciales y agencias en derecho correspondan a los fondos de Invalidez, Vejez y Muerte (IVM) se podrán efectuar cruces de cuentas sin operación presupuestal, con base en las transferencias del Presupuesto General de la Nación que se hayan entregado a dichos fondos, para lo cual se harán las operaciones contables que se requieran.
