Articulo 3° Autorizarse al Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, al Director del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" y al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales, para que, con intervención de la Contraloría General de La República, firmen todas las actas y documentos públicos y privados que sean necesarios para formalizar la entrega por parte del Banco de la República, de los bienes a que se refiere este Decreto.
