º . Sanción por incumplimiento . Los sujetos obligados a efectuar inversión primaria en Títulos de Reducción de Deuda, TRD, que omitan la inversión, la realicen de manera extemporánea o la realicen por una suma inferior a la debida, serán objeto de las sanciones que de conformidad con las disposiciones legales pertinentes y según sus respectivas competencias les sean aplicables por las Superintendencias Bancaria y de Valores.
