Art. 55.º Los individuos que por cualquier título de los que en esta Ley se determinan se crean con derecho á optar una pensión ó recompensa unitaria definitiva, establecerán sus reclamos de la manera que pasa á expresarse:

Aparejado el expediente del caso con todos los documentos ó comprobantes que en los artículos anteriores se ha dispuesto, lo dirigirán con el memorial respectivo á la Corte Suprema para que allí se le dé el curso legal.
