°. Corresponde a los Alcaldes. Municipales la imposición y conversión de las multas de que aquí se trata, y el procedimientos será el verbal o sumario qué prevean las Ordenanzas de Policía de los Departamentos.

Parágrafo

Si el territorio perteneciere a varios Municipios, conocerán del asunto los Alcaldes de la ubicación, preventivamente.
