º . Las modificaciones al régimen de exportaciones que se adopten con posterioridad a la fecha de expedición de un certificado al proveedor no afectarán la exportación de las mercancías relacionadas con ese documento.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de bienes sometidos a restricciones o condiciones especiales para ser exportados, para que el certificado al proveedor tenga validez deberá cumplir los requisitos pertinentes.
