Las infracciones a lo estatuido en los artículos que preceden y a las disposiciones que de ellos se deriven, serán castigadas con multas de cinco pesos ($5) a cien pesos ($100), las cuales serán impuestas por la autoridad sanitarias competente, y su producto será destinado al sostenimiento del dispensario antituberculoso respectivo.
