Las mercaderías que vinieren dentro de los equipajes de los viajeros, aun cuando dichos equipajes no alcancen el límite de ciento cincuenta kilogramos de peso, pagarán derechos conforme á la clase 16°.

Parágrafo

Todo artesano ó agricultor que viniere á trabajar en el país tiene derecho á introducir, además de su equipaje, hasta cien kilogramos de peso libres de impuesto, y las herramientas necesarias para su oficio á juicio del Gobierno.
