Mientras dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República por razón de su viaje a la República de Costa Rica, delégase en el Ministro de Gobierno, Dr. Jorge Mario Eastman, las funciones presidenciales correspondientes a los asuntos de que tratan los ordinales 2º, 3º, 6º, 7º y 13 del artículo 120 de la Constitución Política.
