Oportunidad para solicitar y decretar pruebas . Efectuada la diligencia de descargos, eI investigado tendrá un término de cinco (5) días para allegar y solicitar pruebas. Vencido este término el funcionario competente dispondrá de quince (15) días para practicar las solicitadas y las de oficio que considere pertinentes. Los términos probatorios podrán prorrogarse una sola vez, por un periodo igual al señalado para la práctica de las mismas.
