º Durante el término del año señalado en el artículo anterior, los empleados vinculados actualmente a la planta de la organización electoral en empleos de carrera, no podrán ser retirados del servicio mediante declaratoria de insubsistencia. En caso de falta disciplinaria se seguirá el procedimiento señalado en la Ley 13 de 1984 y sus normas reglamentarias.
