El Ministerio de Agricultura se encargará de vigilar el expendio de los productos de que trata el presente Decreto, verificando por medio de visitas, que los mismos tengan el registro correspondiente, y los envases y rótulos estén de acuerdo con lo expresado en el registro. De lo anterior se levantará un acta en duplicado, cuyo original quedará en el Ministerio y la copia se entregará al interesado.
