ARTICULO 93 . ENTREGA TRANSITORIA. Cuando se presente suspensión de labores por parte del personal integrante de los servicios de vigilancia privada con armas el representante legal o quien haga sus veces, informará inmediatamente por escrito a la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada la cual dispondrá el traslado del armamento, munición y permisos, según el caso, así como uniformes y distintivos que han sido suministrados en calidad de dotación al personal, a la unidad militar más cercana previa elaboración del acta correspondiente.
