ARTICULO 10. OPERADORES EN LAS REDES CELULAR A. Sólo podrán participar en la licitación, para la adjudicación de la concesión del servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular, en cuanto a la red celular A, en cada una de las áreas, Empresas Estatales y Sociedades de Economía Mixta especializadas en telecomunicaciones o en telefonía móvil celular en particular, debidamente inscritas en el Registro de Proponentes.
