° El artículo 13 del Decreto 671 de 1989, quedará así: De la extemporaneidad de las listas de candidatos. Los Comités o el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, según el caso, se abstendrán de considerar los candidatos que figuren en las listas que no sean recibidas dentro de los plazos señalados por el citado organismo.
