ARTICULO 535 . Exequátur . La solicitud de ejecución se remitirá por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores a la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la que decidirá si la sentencia es ejecutable de acuerdo con los tratados internacionales o con las disposiciones de este capítulo. Cumplido este estudio enviará la actuación a los jueces de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad.
