° Una vez formado el censo de que trata el Artículo 5°, las juntas previo estudio de la documentación que les hayan prestado y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas hayan allegado, procederán a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio y, en caso afirmativo, figuraran proporcionalmente su cuantía mediante resolución motivada.
