A partir de la fecha del presenté Decreto, créase el cargo de Habilitado Almacenista de la Interventoría de la construcción y pavimentación de la carretera Ciénaga- Barranquilla, con una asignación mensual de cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($450.00), suma que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 123, artículo 2656 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
