Participación de funcionarios. Toda excursión deberá ser suspendida por un funcionario de la entidad administradora del recurso. Los gastos que demanden la movilización y permanencia del funcionario corren a cargo del organizador de la excursión, quien deberá depositar su valor como condición para obtener la autorización.

La participación del funcionario a que se refiere este artículo en la excursión no exime de responsabilidad a ninguno de sus integrantes ni al organizador por las infracciones en que llegaren a incurrir.
