Art. 4º Los Jurados Electorales se reunirán el 24 y procederán á formar las listas de sufragantes, tomando como base las que sirvieron para la elección de Representantes en Marzo último.

Estas listas deberán estar terminadas el 31 de Octubre y permanecerán fijadas en un lugar público, y se oirán reclamos hasta el 15 de Noviembre.
