º . De las reuniones del Comité . El Comité se reunirá ordinariamente cada mes, previa convocatoria efectuada por el Viceministro del Interior o por el Director General para los Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior y extraordinariamente cuando estas personas lo consideren necesario.

Parágrafo 1

El CRER sesionará en la sede de la Dirección General para los Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior.

Parágrafo 2

Las recomendaciones del Comité se adoptarán por mayoría absoluta de sus miembros.
