Pequeña propiedad rural. Se entiende como pequeña propiedad rural a los predios ubicados en los sectores rurales de cada municipio, destinados a agricultura o ganadería y que por razón de su tamaño y el uso de su ganadería y que por razón de su tamaño y el uso de su suelo sólo sirvan para producir a niveles de subsistencia y en ningún caso sean de usos recreativos.
