Del cumplimiento de las normas . Toda empresa, persona natural o jurídica que se dedique a aplicación terrestre de plaguicidas en forma manual o mecánica en áreas pecuaria, o agrícola, en vehículos, edificaciones, productos almacenados o no, o área pública, deberá cumplir las normas sobre medidas preventivas y de seguridad al tenor de lo dispuesto en el Decreto 614 de 1984, las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto y aquellas relacionadas con el respectivo tipo de actividad, originarias de los Ministerios de Salud y Agricultura, según el caso.
