La explotación de los bosques nacionales será libre en la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, y el Gobierno podrá a su prudente juicio, declararla libre en aquellas otras regiones en donde las necesidades y conveniencias de los particulares, o las exigencias nacionales, así lo indicaren, sin perjuicio de los contratos vigentes celebrados de acuerdo con la Ley 119 citada.
