Definición de afiliación por asignación. Es aquel mecanismo excepcional obligatorio de distribución de afiliados al régimen contributivo, cuando estos no hagan uso de su derecho a la libre elección para el traslado de la Caja de Previsión Social de la Superintendencia Bancaria, Capresub, en Liquidación, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la vigencia de este decreto.
