Para efectos de las sanciones por faltas cometidas por funcionarios civiles que tengan funciones relacionadas con el servicio militar obligatorio, los Comandantes de Zona y de Distrito o el Jefe de Servicio Territorial, según el caso, harán conocer el hecho de los superiores a quienes corresponda aplicar la sanción. El superior tiene la obligación de hacer saber al comandante militar respectivo la caución que haya recaído sobre la queja.
